Terms of Service
Last updated: June 8, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating a Planneroo account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Planneroo on behalf of an agency or company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
Planneroo provides tools to plan, approve and publish social media content. Features evolve over time and may change, be added or be removed.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
- You are responsible for what your team members and invited clients do in your workspace.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the posts, captions, media and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Planneroo a limited licence to store, display and transmit Your Content for the sole purpose of operating the service, including publishing to the social platforms you connect.
5. Connected social platforms
When you connect Meta, TikTok, YouTube or other platforms, you also agree to those platforms' own terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish the content you schedule, and for complying with each platform's policies.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Planneroo to:
- Publish content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing or deceptive.
- Send spam or violate the policies of any connected platform.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the service.
- Use the service to build a competing product.
7. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time and your workspace will remain active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that puts other users or connected platforms at risk. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planneroo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us during that period.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll let you know about material changes in the app or by email; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
